The Head of Revenue Operations leads and optimizes sales and marketing operations, focusing on CRM migration, dashboard management, territory scaling, and process automation, while collaborating with senior leadership and finance.
About Push Security
Push Security is the secure enterprise browser extension built for the AI era. Founded by red team and blue team experts, Push combines high-fidelity browser telemetry, real-time control, and autonomous agents to stop advanced attacks, secure AI usage, harden identities, and prevent data loss — all from your users’ existing browsers, no migration required.
The Head of Revenue Operations (RevOps) will serve as the operational backbone of our sales and marketing teams. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to our CRO. You’ll partner directly with senior leadership to build a best in class RevOps function but you must be equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to do the legwork (or better yet automate it) and build the systems that make it possible.
We need a "doer" who can execute tactical work today while building the foundation to scale. You’ll also oversee our marketing operations function.
What You'll Do:
- Own the [in progress] HubSpot to Salesforce migration, handle the data cleanup, and ensure our CRM is optimized for an enterprise motion.
- You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining the dashboards that our teams live in, from individual reps to our Sales Directors and the executive team.
- Be the face of decisions regarding territory scaling as we grow, account disputes, and lead routing. We need someone who can be firm, fair, and data-driven in these moments.
- Work closely with Finance to prepare board decks, manage commissions, and refine our forecasting.
- Ensure lead flow, ICP definitions, and account ownership models are seamless across all of Revenue (Sales and Marketing).
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience owning the RevOps function in a “doer” capacity. Team leadership experience isn’t required.
- You know how to automate processes and responsibly integrate AI tooling into daily workflows across Sales & Marketing Ops.
- Growth stage experience at an early stage SaaS company. You know what it looks like to upgrade tooling and processes as a company matures. Cybersecurity industry experience is a plus but not required.
- You have deep experience with both Salesforce and HubSpot. You don’t just know how to use them; you know how to implement and optimize them for enterprise SaaS.
- Hands-on Mentality. You’ll demonstrate hands-on problem-solving ability rather than high-level strategic thinking only
- You understand the nuances of enterprise-focused SaaS (though cybersecurity experience isn't a hard requirement).
- You are comfortable being the point person for "tough" operational decisions that affect sales territories and compensation.
Why Push?
-> Work with a passionate, mission-driven team building the future of SaaS security.
-> Flexible, remote-first work environment.
-> Competitive compensation and equity package.
-> Opportunities for growth in a fast-scaling startup.
-> 401(k) + Company matching
-> Uncapped PTO
-> Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance
