Together, we will build something truly remarkable that will resonate with customers worldwide and stand the test of time.

About The Role:

As the Director of Sales, International, you will own the global revenue strategy and execution for Feastables outside the U.S. You’ll lead market expansion, build and manage high-performing distribution and retail partnerships, and drive commercial excellence across all international regions.

This role requires a seasoned sales leader with deep global CPG experience, strong retail/distributor relationships, and a track record of scaling brands internationally. You will be accountable for hitting aggressive revenue targets, managing P&L performance, and ensuring Feastables shows up with operational excellence in every international market.

If you have a builder’s mindset, thrive in fast-paced environments, and know how to unlock growth through smart commercialization and partnerships, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and lead the international sales strategy, including market prioritization, entry frameworks, and long-term revenue planning
  • Build, negotiate, and manage distributor, retail, and channel partnerships across priority regions
  • Own international sales targets, forecasting, and KPI management to drive sustained revenue growth
  • Lead commercial planning including pricing, promotions, trade spend, and channel strategy
  • Build Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with top distributors and key retailers, managing quarterly and annual performance reviews
  • Partner closely with supply chain, finance, marketing, and operations to execute market launches and ongoing growth with excellence
  • Guide localization of marketing and merchandising strategies to ensure brand resonance in each market
  • Oversee P&L performance for international markets with discipline around investment, ROI, and resource allocation
  • Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to shape strategy and identify breakthrough opportunities
  • Ensure full compliance with local regulations and retail requirements
  • Travel regularly to key markets to support launches, strengthen relationships, and drive in-market performance

Recipe For Success:

  • 15+ years of experience in international CPG sales, commercial leadership, or global business development
  • Proven track record of building and scaling brands internationally, ideally across multiple channels (grocery, mass, convenience, specialty, distributors)
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating high-value distributor and retail partnerships
  • Experience owning or managing market-level P&Ls
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and influence cross-functional and multicultural teams
  • Deep knowledge of global retail landscapes, route-to-market models, and international regulatory environments
  • Highly analytical with strong forecasting, planning, and performance management skills
  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful mindset with the ability to move quickly in ambiguous environments
  • Strong communicator capable of influencing internal leaders and external partners
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Passion for the creator economy and how brands grow through social engagement
