As Head of Sales, you will own and lead the company’s global sales organization, driving revenue growth across traditional SaaS subscription offerings and professional / managed services. This role is responsible for building, scaling, and aligning a high-performing, internationally distributed sales team to meet ambitious revenue and growth targets.

You will oversee Sales VPs and managers across regions, ensuring consistent execution of go-to-market strategy while accounting for regional market dynamics. This role is critical in strengthening pipeline development, improving sales operations, and transforming regionally distributed teams into a cohesive, globally aligned revenue organization.

The Head of Sales will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services to ensure alignment across the customer journey and to support scalable, predictable growth across all revenue streams.

Essential Function & Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the global sales strategy, accountable for company revenue and growth targets across SaaS subscription and professional services offerings.
  • Lead, develop, and scale a globally distributed sales organization, with teams across North America and EMEA (and future international regions).
  • Drive alignment and consistency across regions, transforming regionally siloed teams into a unified global operating model.
  • Build scalable sales processes for lead generation, opportunity management, forecasting, and deal execution across multiple revenue models.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Professional Services to align GTM execution, pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy.
  • Own pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and performance reporting across regions and segments.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and continuously refine strategy to improve win rates, deal velocity, and sales efficiency.
  • Hire, coach, and develop sales leaders and account executives, establishing strong onboarding, enablement, and performance management programs.
  • Drive consistent GTM execution while incorporating regional market nuances and enterprise sales complexity.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in senior sales leadership roles within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven experience owning and scaling revenue across both SaaS subscription and professional services models.
  • Demonstrated success leading and growing global sales teams, including teams across North America and EMEA.
  • Track record of transforming or scaling international revenue organizations in high-growth or change-driven environments.
  • Deep understanding of complex B2B and enterprise sales cycles and methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN).
  • High AI-EQ acumen
  • Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
