Head of Salesforce Products
Hyper-Care is redefining the future of patient data control and commercialization. Today, institutions own and resell health data. We’re flipping that model, building enterprise-grade infrastructure where individuals control access, sharing, and value of their data. No blockchain hype. No crypto gimmicks. Just production-ready systems engineered for regulated environments and real-world scale.
Our flagship product will set a new standard for ethical engagement between Life Sciences companies and patient communities, delivered as a next-generation Salesforce ISV. Founded by proven unicorn builders with a track record of scaling startups to over $2B in aggregate exits and strong investor interest. This is a U.S.-based remote role, with founding team equity in the next category-defining Salesforce ISV.

You will define the architecture and technical narrative, build the system for customers, partners, and set the execution bar for speed, credibility, and compliance from day one.
You will architect and build the core backend, integrations, and Salesforce touchpoints, deliver a lightweight mobile-first experience optimized for usability, make smart build-vs-reuse decisions to move fast without sacrificing enterprise credibility, and implement secure, compliant data handling for regulated environments.
Qualifications:
- Must have built and shipped production-grade applications beyond Salesforce configuration, with referenceable work in live environments
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com Development and expertise in Lightning Web Components
- Experience with Visualforce Pages and Salesforce.com Administration

- Highly certified Salesforce Trailblazer developer skills, including: Apex programming and Lightning Web Components (LWC), Advanced declarative development (Flows, Process Builder), Salesforce integration patterns and API mastery
- Security and compliance configuration within Salesforce
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team
- Experience with API design and enterprise integration (REST, GraphQL) integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and AI agents and Model Context Protocols (MCP)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Soft Skills:
- Founder mentality: ownership, resilience, and bias for action
- Strong product thinking and UX awareness
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional influence
- Ability to mentor and shape future engineering culture
Bonus Points:
- Experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences technology
- Mobile-first development expertise
- Familiarity with the W3C Solid Standard
- Experience in influencing product direction and scaling engineering teams
This is a full-time founding team role with equity-first now, and competitive compensation and benefits kicking in post-funding (Q2 2026). You will help build the next breakout Salesforce ISV.
We are unable to sponsor H-1B visas for this position at this time. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
We look forward to meeting those ready to build the next Salesforce unicorn.
