To join the SiGe team designing Driver and TIA for coherent long-haul and metro systems as well as PAM4 data center systems, primarily using SiGe BiCMOS. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology that addresses the growing demands of data transmission in modern data centers, telecom networks, and beyond. 
 

Responsibilities

A range of experience is needed for numerous openings:  Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics or Solid State Physics, including new graduates through industry veterans will be considered for various roles up to and including leadership
 

Qualifications
  • Relevant experience from Research, Academia or Industry – across allied industries.  

  • Deep understanding of detailed transistor-level design, device physics. 

  • Proven experience in one or more areas: 

  • Low noise / high linear (>50GHz) broadband analog circuits for optical front-end  

  • High-precision analog circuits (e.g., linear regulators, bandgaps, DAC/ADC). 

  • Solid expertise with EDA CAD tools, custom analog layout, 3D EM modeling 

  • Experience in measuring IC performance and debug of design to correlate simulations to measurements
