Lead and manage daily OR operations for a multi-OR surgical service, ensuring safe perioperative care, staffing, workflow optimization, quality and compliance, team development, and resource/equipment oversight across general, specialty, and robotic procedures.
Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is looking for RN Operating Room Manager dynamic Operating Room Unit and oversee clinical and operational excellence across a busy surgical services department. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced OR nurse ready to drive patient safety, team performance, and efficient surgical operations.
Department: 6 ORs + Cystoscopy & Minor Procedure Rooms | Hybrid OR | Robotic Surgery
Direct Hire | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Shift: 8-Hour Days | Start as early as 6:30 AM
Pay: $66.23–$77.91/hour
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 with 2-year commitment

- Lead daily OR operations, staffing, and surgical workflow.
- Ensure safe, high-quality perioperative patient care.
- Lead, coach, and develop surgical nursing and support teams.
- Partner with surgeons, anesthesia, and leadership to optimize patient flow.
- Drive quality, safety, compliance, and operational improvement.
- Oversee department resources, equipment, and performance.
- Current RN license
- BLS certification
- OR nursing & circulator experience required
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Hospital or ambulatory surgery center experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
