Restore Hyper Wellness

Restore is seeking an HR Assistant with strong sales and business development skills. If you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and have a passion for health and wellness, we want to meet you.  

As an HR Assistant, you’ll play an integral role in cultivating and maintaining the Restore culture. We’re looking for a team-oriented individual with strong leadership qualities to assist our 6 Illinois locations with diverse staffing and team culture development. These include customer service, health and wellness education, and more. This is your chance to join Restore on a mission to help people do more of what they love through our innovative, science-backed wellness services. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Cycle Recruiting
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for all positions across the six studios.
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including posting job ads, sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
2. Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Design and deliver a comprehensive onboarding program to set new hires up for success.
  • Ensure smooth transitions for employees leaving the organization, including conducting exit interviews and managing offboarding processes.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations during employee transitions.
3. Learning and Development
  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Assist District Manager in organizing and delivering of workshops, webinars, and other learning opportunities tailored to the needs of the organization.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as necessary.
4. In Studio Support
  • Understand every role in the facility.
  • Participate in the day to day business as a "wellness representative".
  • Travel to all six Illinois locations.
  • Interact face to face with clients and help maintain the studio.
