the Human Resources department is experiencing an exciting transformation, as we re-assess and re-invent our
structure, processes and mindset to meet the challenges of our fast-growing and ever-changing business.
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing daily generalist support to your designated
client group. You will serve as a valued partner to the field through cultivating meaningful relationships and carrying out
human resources initiatives that optimize business success with the support of the Corporate HR team. In this varied
role, you will act as the “go-to” for your group, shifting from routine questions to operational tasks to value-added
projects that ensure a positive employee experience for all associates.


How You’ll Make an Impact:
• Handle assigned tasks via ticketing system, hotline cases, background checks, I9s and other HR activities
• Perform associate relations activities including coaching, conflict resolution, performance issues, disciplinary actions
and investigations
• Process transactions via HCM and other HR systems. Train managers on HCM best practices when appropriate
• Facilitate the deployment and delivery of existing and new HR programs, processes and policies
• Analyze issues, resolve problems and propose solutions
• Administer and advise on PTO
• Understand and help others to interpret company policies and federal and state laws
• Assess the efficiency of current HR activities and suggest improvements to improve efficiency and decrease
‘busy work’ whenever possible
• Answer questions and resolve associate concerns
• Handle special projects as needed


What You Need to be Successful in the Role:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
• 1 or more years of progressive HR generalist experience, preferably within a high-volume, fast-paced and
dynamic organization
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and develop effective
working relationships with employees at all levels
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and able to respond quickly and positively to shifting priorities
• Results-oriented problem solver with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Working knowledge of relevant employment laws and policies
• Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems
• Drive and initiative to go above and beyond to achieve goals
