We're looking for an HR Generalist to provide structured HR support across business units in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. The role involves close collaboration with team leads, managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting employees throughout the full employee lifecycle, and leading recruitment efforts for our US-based hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related questions, policies, and processes
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for open positions in the US - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle (preboarding, onboarding, employee records, offboarding/exits)
- Support performance management cycles (OKRs/KPIs, quarterly reviews, PIP documentation), ensuring processes run smoothly and on schedule
- Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal documentation
- Administer benefits, leave, and compliance-related processes, ensuring accuracy and timely handling
- Support employee relations matters - addressing workplace concerns, escalating when needed, and maintaining documentation
- Assist with organizational initiatives such as team restructuring, internal mobility, and engagement programs
- Maintain accurate HR data and generate reports (headcount, turnover, HR metrics) for leadership
- Optimize and streamline HR processes and workflows (HRIS, ATS, internal tools) to improve efficiency
- Help foster company culture through engagement, recognition, and internal communication initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or similar HR operations role
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, ideally hiring for US-based positions
- Solid understanding of HR processes: onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration
- Comfortable working with HR systems and maintaining data accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with different teams
- English level: Advanced (C1) - required for daily cross-functional and international communication
- Knowledge of Ukrainian is a big plus
