DialogTech is looking for a full-time, temporary HR Generalist/Recruiter to backfill the Director of Human Resources’ maternity leave. Please note: this is a temporaryassignment for approximately four months. There will be a 4 week onboarding window to shadow the Director of HR to learn key aspects of the role while also immediately assisting with recruiting efforts. 
 

In this role, you will assist with and manage a variety of HR responsibilities, which include recruiting, onboarding, compensation management, employee relations, coordination of community initiatives and company wide events, and the administration of our various employee training and rewards & recognition programs.
 

You will be largely responsible for assisting our Lead Recruiter with full cycle recruitment for a variety of positions within DialogTech. This includes the creation and posting of job requisitions, applicant sourcing, maintaining a pipeline of strong candidates, interview scheduling, developing and negotiating employment offers and establishing productive relationships with hiring managers.
 

Ideally, you will have the following skills and experience:
 

• 5+ years of general HR and/or recruitment experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or HR preferred
• Clear and effective interpersonal skills
• Capability to represent DT publicly
• Creative thinker with the ability to deliver “out of the box” solutions
• Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
