HR Document Compliance Intern
Ready to kickstart your career in HR and compliance? Join our global HR Compliance Team as an HR Document Compliance Intern and gain hands-on experience in organizing and safeguarding critical company documents. You'll work with multiple teams to help improve processes and ensure compliance with industry standards-all while handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost care. • Handle and organize confidential HR and compliance documents in a secure digital repository.
• Conduct meticulous quality checks to ensure documents are accurate, secure, and up to date.
• Help develop smarter document control processes and best practices.
• Assist in training employees on compliance and document security protocols.
• Provide general support to the compliance team while ensuring privacy and security best practices.
• Participate in other HR projects as assigned related to employee well-being, employee engagement, and HR system improvements.

Who are you?

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Understanding of document security, compliance, or management is a plus (but not required!).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A team player who can also work independently while handling sensitive information responsibly.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving.

This is a part-time paid internship capped at 19 hours per week with a fixed hourly rate of depending on your level of education as follows:
Undergraduate Students: $25/hr
Graduate Students: $30/hr
PhD Students: $35/hr
