Our internship program is designed to provide hands-on experience and professional
development opportunities for students or recent graduates. Interns will work on meaningful projects, gain exposure to our organization, and develop skills that align with their career goals.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations. This role is ideal for students looking to gain practical experience in Human Resources.
Specific responsibilities:- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and hiring managers
- Draft, post, and maintain job postings, ensuring accuracy and consistency in messaging
- Support onboarding processes, including document collection and new hire orientation
- Help maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy
- Support HR projects, including training & development, employee engagement initiatives
- Assist in organizing HR- related events and initiatives
- Assume additional responsibilities and perform special projects as needed or directed
- Must be enrolled in a university or college co-op program, with a focus on Human Resources or related field
- Detailed oriented and organized
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for candidate interactions and internal team collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency
- Proficient in Google Suite, familiarity with an applicant tracking system or HRIS is a plus
- A strong commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Final compensation is evaluated on various factors which include but aren’t limited to experience, skills, internal equity among peers, and geographic location.
- Compensation: $15 - $20hr
