Job Description

HR Responsibilities:

Work independently with little or no supervision

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices including employee handbook

Coordinate employee on-boarding including pre-employment verifications, offer letters, completion of new hire paperwork, and facilitation of new employee orientations

Responsible for the day to day HR administration tasks for the company

Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, such as XL

Coordinate with employees in getting necessary paper work to file H1 and Green Cards on time

Handling confidential information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism

Excellent organizational management skills

Detail and process oriented

Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities

Depending on workload, other tasks or temporary duties may be assigned as needed

Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development with at least 2 years working experience

Excellent verbal and written English communications skills

Ability to work well with other team members
