Job Duties:

• Source, phone screen, and refer candidates to hiring managers, primarily for technical roles
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience through the entire cycle, from application through offer letter or rejection (with the help of an ATS)
• Use creative sourcing methods to connect with active and passive job-seekers, including but not limited to industry recruiting events and proactive candidate outreach
• Interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications for open positions
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates
• Promote the Neighborhoods.com Employer Brand to attract the right candidates
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback about the recruiting process
• Other administrative HR tasks as needed
