Provi is looking for a contract recruiter to help with our explosive growth for the next 3-6 months!
What you’ll be doing
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, focusing on sales roles, helping hiring managers find, hire, and retain quality talent
Sourcing and selling candidates on the Provi vision
Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
Strategically and creatively source tough to find passive candidates for current and future roles
Ensure that candidates have an excellent experience throughout the entire interview process
What we are looking for
Must have 2-5 years of experience supporting a high-volume of full-cycle requisitions, sales recruitment experience preferred
Experience sourcing candidates in multiple geographical locations preferred
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever) is a plus
Experience using talent acquisition platforms including LinkedIn, Handshake, Indeed, Glassdoor, and Built In Chicago, etc
Prior experience working in a growing startup environment is a huge plus!
