As our HR/Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating interviews for hiring teams and creating a 5 star candidate experience. This person will able be responsible for updating the HRIS system, Paycor, and making updates to our ATS, JazzHR. You'll also assist our Chief People Officer with administrative tasks such as scheduling group meetings, travel arranges, etc. You'll be working in an environment where every day isn't the same, and priorities can shift. The HR/ Recruiting Coordinator will work collaboratively across departments, and help manage expectations of various team members.

What are some of the responsibilities of the HR/Recruiting Coordinator?

• Work with hiring teams and candidates to schedule on-site interviews for salaried positions
• Ensure a positive candidate experience when on-site and through effective and positive communication
• Provide travel or direction assistance for candidates
• Help TA team keep ATS up to date
• Train new hiring managers in how to use ATS

What we would like to see in a HR/Recruiting Coordinator

• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
• Solid Computer skills (MS Office, Google suite, HR systems)
• 1+ years of experience working in an HR department
• High school degree, or equivalent (e.g. GED)
