Job Description
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute risk programs to identify, measure, monitor, manage and report key operational, compliance and other risk types within Human Resources
How You’ll Do It
Monitors somewhat complex risk and control environment and identifies solutions to improve control effectiveness. Develops test plans and performs control testing in a timely manner.
Coordinates timely execution of essential HR Business Risk operational processes including, but not limited to, business continuity planning, exam management and records retention.
Assists in leading and executing strategic risk programs that assesses current and emerging risks associated with legal, regulatory and other risk related exposures.
Assists in the development of root cause analysis and action plans for issues identified through exams and testing. Monitors the remediation efforts to ensure effective and timely closure.
Participates in the development of risk monitoring and reporting to the business process owners, where applicable.
Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or Related
4-6 Years’ of experience with risk operations, internal controls, finance, or related
Bonus Points If You Have
6-8 Years’ of experience with risk operations, internal controls, finance, or related
