Fusion is growing…FAST, and we’re looking for a Recruiter to join our Chicago-based HR team. Fusion believes in hiring high-potential talent and providing opportunities for growth and development. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying candidates and fostering strong relationships to meet our hiring needs, both present and future. You’ll manage the full recruiting cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing the offer, while balancing the candidate and Fusion’s interests and delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
At Fusion, a successful recruiter will:
- Develop a strong understanding of Fusion’s business, candidate value proposition, and recruiting process
- Build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers and their HR Business Partner to understand hiring needs and team goals
- Develop new or refine existing job descriptions in partnership with hiring managers and/or their HR Business Partner
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
- Actively source and assess highly qualified candidates from a variety of sources and communities: online, employee referrals, events, networking, and research
- Partner with the broader HR team to build and refine efficient and scalable recruiting processes.
- Actively manage at least 6 open roles at any point in time
- Fill 3-5 positions/month
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 1+ years’ of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Flexibility, and can shift gears rapidly to recruit across multiple functions, from sales to service delivery, or from finance to product and engineering
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
- Experience scheduling at all levels of an organization, including executives
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to connect with and build relationships with candidates
- Experience sourcing from a variety of resources
- Self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, and comfort with being the face of Fusion
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
- Your BS/BA degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business
