To sustain our continual growth – we need an expert Sales Recruiter with a target to hire 3-4 Business Development Managers per quarter. Reporting into the Head of Recruitment you'll be a hands-on recruiter, capable of managing multiple requisitions while building long-term talent pipelines to support business growth.

A skilled headhunter, you’ll use your experience and expertise to identify passive and active candidates to fill our highest profile Business Development Manager roles. Sales and market knowledge will be key to recognizing individuals who’ll perform well in our world-class sales team where second best isn’t good enough.

You’ll think, act and behave like a salesperson with a “hunter” mindset to allow you to recognize the same traits in those you're looking to hire. As first point of contact you'll represent the PHMG brand so need to be professional and confident at all times.

You'll own the entirety of the candidate lifecycle – from sourcing through phone screen and interview management to offer. We're looking for someone with ambition and drive who enjoys the thrill of finding top talent.

What you'll need:

• 4+ years of either agency or corporate recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for Outside Sales, Business Development Manager or Senior Sales positions
• Strong sourcing skills including writing job advertisements, direct messaging and headhunting
• Outstanding presence on the phone – ability to screen candidates effectively and provide detailed breakdowns to upper management on candidate qualifications
