Your impact
- Partner with recruiters to successfully own candidate scheduling and maintain timely pipeline throughout
- Manage and uphold an excellent candidate experience, acting as a resource for candidates in collaboration with our recruiters
- Ensure candidates feel supported, knowledgeable, and excited to go through our process
- Keep our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) organized and up to date
- Regularly analyze and report on our recruiting pipeline to hiring managers
- Collaborate with broader team to implement company-wide events to build a strong, united culture around our mission and values
- Hold interviewers and hiring managers accountable for quality feedback and making timely decisions
- Contribute to our pipeline funnel by hitting key sourcing metrics and participating in recruiting / networking events
Your experience

- You can troubleshoot last minute changes and stay calm under pressure
- You’re a self-starter and go above and beyond
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Thoughtfulness, flexibility and a positive attitude

- 1+ years of relevant HR / recruiting experience
