Double Good’s team has grown over 40% the past year and is on track to do that again in 2023. To support this continued growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support the talent acquisition team with operations, scheduling candidates, creating and sharing out reports to internal teams, and onboarding new employees. This person will be a valued member of our People team and provide support across internal and external teams. The selected candidate will be accountable for:

  • Executing full life-cycle recruitment including, sourcing (proactive networking, internet searching, cold calling, resume mining, database searching etc.), pre-screening interviews, evaluating, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, facilitating feedback sessions, advising managers on offer components, extending and negotiating offers, and monitoring the onboarding process. 
  • Meeting and exceeding key performance metrics including time to fill, quality of hire, offer to acceptance ratio, and diversity of candidate slates. 
  • Collaborating and advising hiring managers on all aspects of the process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, and coaching and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends.
  • Responsible for all non-exempt staffing across multiple locations, partnering actively with operations leadership in response to reactive and proactive recruitment. 
  • Utilize and engage creative candidate sourcing methods including job fairs, connections with local community organizations and other relevant recruiting channels.
  • Ensure candidates have a positive experience by providing timely and professional communication, sharing feedback and addressing concerns.

Experience & Skills we value:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6-10 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting related tools and technologies (i.e., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
  • Proven experience building strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Strong written/verbal communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, and the ability to make cold calls.
  • Ability to work in stressful situations and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a sense of urgency, be self-driven, have leadership skills, be a team player, strong relationship builder and influencer.
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed, virtual teams, and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Nice to have and/or you’ll learn: 

  • Previous experience working in Greenhouse 
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
