ReviewTrackers is currently looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and collaborative Talent Manager/HR Generalist to join our Operations Team. This role will be in charge of recruiting and the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit interview and support the department heads with career progression and best practices. This role will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of HR administration - managing the administration of the policies, procedures and programs of the organization. What you will be working on:

  • You will engage in full-cycle recruitment for critical roles in the organization; screen resumes, interview qualified candidates, evaluate skill level, manage offer process, and conduct reference checks
  • You will present, facilitate and maintain onboarding orientation presentations
  • You will create touch points with new hires in their first 30, 60, 90 and year mark 
  • You will work with the department heads and managers to create career pathing for all positions at all levels
  • You will off-board exiting employees and create action plans with the managers based on feedback left in exit interviews
  • You will own our employee engagement platform to conduct internal company surveys and deliver feedback to the department heads
  • You will plan and run our company’s monthly All Hands meeting
  • You will run fun culture initiatives within the organization
  • You will own our HRIS and onboard/off-board employees; create/maintain update documentation of employee raises/promotions
  • You will conduct annual review of benefits (health and retirement) and manage open enrollment administration, communication and presentation to team
  • You will manage employee leave and benefit changes (HSA, FSA, transit, 401k) and coordinate with payroll
  • You will reconcile monthly health insurance invoices and work with providers on billing discrepancies
  • You will handle Verification of Employment Administration, including mortgage approvals
  • You will be in charge of vendor management

Who you will be working with:

  • You will be reporting directly to our Operations Manager
  • You will work closely with outsource agents on health and retirement benefits
  • You will work with all of our Leadership and Managers to create an organized career development plan working to steer overall talent development strategies
  • You will work with outside vendors to continually improve utilization of platforms to help automate and streamline processes
  • You will collaborate with different departments to gain insight and ideas for cultural initiatives and company all-hands

What we need from you:

  • You have 2+ years of recruiting experience (technical recruiting experience preferred but not required)
  • You have HR generalist experience (FMLA, COBRA and benefits administration)
  • You have prior experience with Lever (preferred but not required), or other ATS
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration leadership skills
  • You have experience with career mapping and performance management (bonus if you have experience with 15Five or Lattice)
  • You have experience with data analysis; collect, gather, and analyze data and present concise actionable results to a Leadership team
  • You have experience with public speaking, you will be speaking to the entire company at times to communicate results and present
  • You have experience with vendor management
  • You have strong planning, organizational development, and problem solving skills
  • You are a self-starter, if you are not sure of an answer, you will actively seek it out

Location

Located in The Loop, our Chicago headquarters is a quick walk to public transportation options such as the CTA and Metra. We're close to Millennium Park as well as a variety of trendy restaurants and shopping venues. Our team is mostly remote, but our office is open to local and visiting employees!
