Role: Human Resources Generalist

Chicago, IL

      

(Special Remarks: we need someone who is currently working in the field of Human resource management for last no less than 4 years and no more than 10 years and have completed their bachelors in the related filed)


• Designs and administers human resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas. Collects and analyzes HR data, and then makes recommendations to management.

• Processes paperwork for functional area according to established procedures.

• Prepares internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and 4-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks.

• May lead and direct the work of others.

• May report directly to an executive or head of a unit/department. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

• Designs and administers human resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas.

• Collects and analyzes HR data, and then makes recommendations to management.

• May requires a bachelor's degree and 4-8 years of experience.

Qualifications

 Bachelor degree in business administration preferred; formal HR training and certifications a plus

• Track record of managing innovative recruiting initiatives and campaigns

• At least 4+ years human resources experience

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Results oriented with excellent verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as strong customer service skills

• Ability to multi-task while maintaining strong attention to details, meeting deadlines, and working both independently and within a team environment
