- Collaborates with senior leadership to develop and implement HR solutions aligned with business strategies
- Provides leadership coaching and consultation to managers, supervisors, and professional employees
- Ensures business areas have sufficient talent for current needs. Develops, maintains, and deploys various talent acquisition strategies, ensuring new employees have the skills to do the job and can progress within the company
- Work with specialty teams to handle performance management, attract top talent through recruiting strategies, and analyze workforce readiness to meet business needs
- Manages effective communication of corporate objectives, ensuring employees understand how their roles contribute to achieving them
- Fosters a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement, retention and satisfaction
- Executes corporate-wide initiatives relating to talent acquisition, talent management, inclusion and engagement
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable federal and state resource requirements; conducting necessary training for employees; conducting investigations and maintaining records
Successful incumbents will have:
- B.S. Degree required, in Human Resources, Business or related field.
- 7+ years’ progressive human resources experience, experience in a corporate setting supporting multiple lines of business is preferred
- Successful candidates would be skilled in employee relations, talent management and leadership development, change management, and data analytics decision making
- Possesses strong business acumen, demonstrating comprehensive understanding of how companies operate and generate revenue, being able to align HR strategies with financial objectives and drive organizational success
- Proven ability working closely with functional areas to deliver HR strategies that support business goals
- Proficient in computer use within a Windows environment
- Workday experience is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Both informal and formal project written documentation will be required.
- Presentation skills sufficient to communicate thoughts succinctly to management
Estimated base pay for the position is typically between: $107,640 - $151,525
The actual base pay for the position may be influenced by factors such as education, training, skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job-related knowledge, and scope of the role, and could be outside of the posted pay range.
