Position Title: HR & Talent Acquisition Intern

Internship Term: Fall 2025

Compensation: College credit [MUST be enrolled in college course]

Desired Fields of Study: Business, Human Resources, Communications, Journalism, Business

Hours Desired: 15-20/week


A day in the life:

  • This internship is your chance to earn college credit while launching your career in Talent Acquisition at a fast-paced, industry-leading marketing firm. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Talent Acquisition team, supporting passionate hiring managers as they build high-performing marketing teams. As a Talent Acquisition Intern you will become a pro at identifying top talent from diverse networks, expanding our reach and visibility. You'll actively participate in initiatives to build a more inclusive candidate and new hire experience. You'll collaborate with recruiters, HR, and leadership to drive successful hiring efforts

Responsibilities:

  • Source and manage diverse candidate profiles in our Applicant Tracking Software (Greenhouse)
  • Actively participate and identify opportunities for Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
  • Prepare, post, and manage job ads within Greenhouse to attract the best talent to work at Power Digital
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs (as possible)
  • Learn and assist in the processes for onboarding new team members
  • Provide overall support for special projects and administrative duties as requested by Recruiter, HR, VPs and the Executive Team

Role Requirements:

  • Eager to learn how Talent Acquisition helps support and collaborate with different departments within a Marketing Agency
  • Desire to help drive initiatives and projects in regards to Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, University Recruiting, and Talent Acquisition processes
  • Ability to organize and actively utilize Greenhouse to aid in recruiting, by qualifying/disqualifying applicants and sourcing passive candidates through Greenhouse
  • Possesses excellent communication, organization, and resourcefulness
