ROLE SUMMARY
This Hybrid Health Representative is responsible for the promotion of Pfizer's products, platforms and services to address customer needs and achieve sales objectives.
The HHR will be the central contact in connecting customers within their accounts to therapies, platforms, and services that advance wellness, prevention, treatment, and cure to diseases within their assigned therapeutic area. Central to HRS's role will be the introduction of new & promoted medicines, innovative digital platforms, and Pfizer services that will help elevate the Health Care Professionals' ability to provide patient care. The role is consultative; spanning Pfizer's entire resource and product portfolio for their customer base and one that will result in long standing and truly valued relationships with customers.
The HHR will draw on knowledge and understanding of customers, the therapeutic area, the healthcare environment, Pfizer's products, platforms, and service offerings to provide solutions to customer needs. The HHR will create a Master Customer Work Plan that will consolidate relevant customer information including needs and preferences as well as Pfizer products, platforms, and services that can address these needs and preferences.
The HHR should be proficient at planning and executing an effective relationship strategy and building / maintaining effective, long-term business relationships with customers in all levels including senior executives, key decision makers, and influencers. He will identify and prioritize Pfizer opportunities through a thorough understanding of customers' business and strategic imperatives.
The HRR is responsible for supporting their customers with their designated portfolio within a defined customer list.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Hybrid Health Representative (HHR) is responsible for promoting and creating demand for products among assigned customers.
The HRR will:
- Deliver promotional science-based brand messages on product, disease conditions, and services that could support the HCP in meeting patient needs.
- Act as key POC for seamless connection to Pfizer SMEs and resources
- Be responsible for onboarding customers to new operating models and new platforms (e.g., Digital Engagement Portal)
- Be knowledgeable of customer preferences for programs, content and channels to orchestrate an ideal customer experience through relevant content selection.
- Regularly provide feedback to relevant Pfizer roles on customer preferences for programs, content, and channels.
- Develop and regularly update a Master Work Plan (MWP) as source of relevant information and guideline in planning HCP engagements and program offerings.
- Detail regularly to doctors and allied medical personnel (pharmacists, nurses, microbiologists and others) through face-to-face visits as well as through personal and non-personal virtual channels.
- Implement promotional programs as cascaded by the commercial leadership and propose customer specific promotional programs as needed.
- Achieve annual sales targets, customer reach, and call rates.
- Adhere to company values and policies at all times.
