Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Analyst with experience in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) industry to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, reporting, and compliance, along with excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills. This role will support HR initiatives by analyzing workforce data, improving hiring processes, and ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle from recruitment through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities :-
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and metrics related to recruitment & onboarding
  • Support the recruitment process by screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
  • Manage the onboarding process to ensure all new hires complete required documentation, training, and compliance requirements.
  • Track onboarding and training timelines and generate reports on completion rates and cycle times.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and operations teams
  • Monitor HR compliance with company policies
  • Develop and improve HR processes
  • Setting up Central Reach accounts & Payroll accounts
  • Assisting other departments with administrative tasks
Qualifications :-
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in HR Operations.
  • Experience working in the ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) industry is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to learn HRIS, ATS, and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
