About the Project
We are looking for a Session Director to support live, supervised voice recording sessions for a multilingual conversational AI project. In this role, you'll facilitate recording sessions, provide real-time participant coaching, and monitor technical quality throughout, helping ensure recordings are natural, authentic, and meet project specifications.
What You'll Do
Manage session facilitation, real-time coaching, and recording quality monitoring throughout each session
Complete approximately 8 hours of calibration prior to production, observing sessions to align on facilitation style, recording objectives, and workflow
Support recording sessions independently following calibration
Monitor recordings in real time, resolving technical or conversational issues as they arise to minimize re-records
What We're Looking For
Native-level fluency in English (US)
Experience facilitating recording sessions and coaching participants for natural, authentic delivery
Comfortable managing real-time technical quality monitoring (file format, recording specifications) during live sessions
Available to support sessions running approximately 4 hours each
Commitment & Compensation
Estimated time: Approximately 8 hours calibration, plus supervision across two recording sessions of ~4 hours each per participant
Compensation: $61.00 USD per hour
