Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Imaging Specialist to join our Imaging Centers team.

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately preparing and scanning physical documents into digital formats, playing a vital part in our information conversion objectives.

You will be part of a dedicated team focused on transforming hard copy records into high-quality electronic images.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Document Preparation: Sort, file, and remove staples from hard copy records to ensure all documents are maintained in the correct order and sequence prior to scanning.

  • Scanning Operations: Operate specialized scanning equipment to convert physical files into high-quality electronic images, ensuring all output meets strict quality standards.

  • Production Compliance: Follow all established production procedures, complete internal tracking documentation, and adhere to Imaging Center guidelines to maintain a clean and secure work environment.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent qualification.

  • Strong knowledge of basic personal computer operations and physical document handling protocols.

  • Proven ability to work independently at a sustained pace, maintaining exceptional accuracy and a strong focus on detail to consistently meet production rates.

  • Effective communication skills with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

  • The flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed, and the physical capability to frequently lift and move storage boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.

What We Offer
  • Rate of Pay: $17.00 per hour (Temporary-to-Permanent opportunity).

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday

  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

  • Note: This position is a temporary-to-permanent role and is not eligible for benefits until official conversion to a permanent status.
