About the Role

Closinglock is seeking a detail-oriented and technically minded Implementation & Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support and maintain document workflows and e-signature processes across a variety of customer use cases. You will work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, improve operational efficiency, and ensure customers have a seamless experience with our platform.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, process improvement, and working cross-functionally in a fast-moving SaaS environment. While the role is primarily internally focused, there will be opportunities to collaborate directly with customers to help resolve complex issues and provide guidance when needed.

What You’ll Do
  • Support ongoing updates and maintenance of customer-facing document workflows and templates
  • Assist internal teams with escalated document-related requests and configuration changes
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across document processes
  • Investigate and resolve document, workflow, and platform-related issues
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and standardize processes
  • Help capture and organize institutional knowledge to support long-term scalability
  • Partner with Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams to support operational initiatives
  • Provide feedback on recurring customer challenges and enhancement opportunities
  • Serve as a resource for internal teams on document and workflow-related questions
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, SaaS operations, onboarding, or document management
  • Experience with e-signature or workflow platforms such as DocuSign or Adobe Acrobat Sign
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams


This is a full-time, in-person position in our Austin, TX office.
