Description
The Implementation Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and having full oversight of all key phases of the implementation of Insurance Intelligence products.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Collaborate with customers, product, data analysts, developers, and other team members throughout the organization to understand and document business requirements that drive the design and development of quality data product solutions
  • Effectively communicate requirements, expectations, and timelines to all teams to ensure successful product implementation
  • Own and deliver results in a fast-paced environment where requirements can change rapidly with customer expectations
  • Remove obstacles primarily through the provision of appropriate resources (people/dollars), guidance, and escalation when necessary
  • Maintain consistent and concise internal communication across multiple teams
  • Identify risks and issues that could impede or slow progress on implementation, notify key stakeholders when needed
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through the full implementation process - your customers include internal stakeholders as well as external customers
  • Contribute to the standardization of the implementation processes supporting the rapid growth of Insurance Intelligence
  • Oversee successful transition post-implementation to the Production Support team


Requirements
Your Location:
These roles are fully remote, with the exception of onboarding and other optional in-office events. Qualified applicants must reside in certain states, as listed in the application questionnaire.
Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years project management or implementation management experience required.
  • Experience working in the insurance industry is required.
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment and execute on agile methodologies
  • Worked in an environment that is API or Data-Centric where progress is measured analytically
  • Drive to analyze and consume data to drive organizational decisions
  • Experience leading teams where specific KPIs are understood to be a success - and experience tracking and communicating those KPIs - for example, "automation rate"
  • Specific Experience with AI or ML products Experience with multiple project streams and coordinating teams of 5+
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at various stages of completion
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, process-oriented, and resourceful
  • Strong knowledge of tooling JIRA, Confluence, Slack, MS Word, Google Docs, MS Excel, and Google Sheets


Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time, (up to 8 hours per day) at a desk working on a computer.
  • Must be able to use standard office equipment for extended periods of time, including but not limited to, a mouse, keyboard, phone and video conferencing.


The expected starting salary range for this role at Bold Penguin is $82,400 to 119,800. This position offers a competitive salary range that may vary based on experience and qualifications.
