The Industrial Engineer will lead lean manufacturing initiatives, optimize processes, calculate financial savings, and apply Six Sigma methodologies in a regulated environment.
Industrial Engineer with experience in regulated industry to lead lean manufacturing initiatives focused on waste elimination across the site, including but not limited to:
- Value stream mapping, change-over optimization (SMED) and Time studies
- Standard work development for repetitive and non-repetitive tasks
- Labor hours standard definition, Kan-ban systems implementation, among others.
- Cycle times, production sequences, and material flow improvements
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Support Lean Daily
Management System at all levels
- Calculate the financial
impact for the savings initiatives.
- Promote the
identification of waste in manufacturing and business processes with the
focus on Root Cause problem solving.
- Lead and facilitate the
application of Six sigma to complex issues.
- Design and implement
visual control strategies and 6S.
Requirements
- Industrial Engineering Bachelor
- Lean six sigma tools
knowledge and expertise
- Green Belt or Black Belt

Office)

reporting skills - Weekly and monthly reporting
