The Influencer Marketing Manager will develop and manage influencer marketing strategies to increase user acquisition via channels like YouTube and TikTok. Key tasks include sourcing influencers, managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and optimizing budgets.
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who will build the influencer marketing direction from scratch and turn it into a scalable and stable user acquisition channel.
The main goal of this role is to make influencer marketing responsible for at least 15% of new user acquisition into the GoMining app.
This role combines strategy, partnerships, analytics, and performance marketing.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale GoMining’s influencer marketing strategy from scratch.
- Define influencer verticals, content formats, geographies, and creator segmentation.
- Fully manage influencer operations through platforms such as impact.com:
- creator onboarding
- tracking
- payouts
- reporting
- Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers and creators.
- Manage channel budgets and monitor unit economics.
- Launch and optimize campaigns across YouTube, TikTok, X, Telegram, podcasts, and other platforms.
- Test hypotheses related to formats, messaging, CTAs, landing pages, and conversion flows.
- Work closely with performance marketing and content teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Build reporting and analytics around CAC, LTV, attribution, conversion rates, and creator performance.
- Scale successful partnerships and optimize underperforming campaigns.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or partnerships.
- Experience working with impact.com or similar influencer / affiliate platforms.
- Strong understanding of crypto, Web3, or DeFi ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of attribution and analytics tools:
- AppsFlyer
- GA4
- Hotjar
- One-links / tracking systems
- Experience working with a data-driven approach and performance metrics.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- English C1+ is required.
- Additional languages are a plus.
- Existing network of crypto / fintech influencers and creators.
- Experience scaling influencer channels globally.
- Experience working with app-based or subscription products.
- Experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition.
