Join the Trim-Tex TeamAt Trim-Tex, technology is part of how we make work simpler, faster, and more reliable. We are looking for a Software Developer who enjoys solving real business problems and wants to see their work make an impact across production, warehouse, and office teams.
What You'll Do- Build and improve internal applications that support day-to-day business operations.
- Create and maintain integrations between our ERP platform and other business systems.
- Develop solutions using C#/.NET, JavaScript, SQL, and web APIs.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, and data issues from root cause through resolution.
- Test, document, and release dependable code using established development practices.
- Partner with technical and nontechnical team members to turn business needs into practical solutions.
- Professional software development experience in a business environment.
- Hands-on experience with C#/.NET, JavaScript, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience building or supporting system integrations and REST APIs.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to learn unfamiliar systems independently.
- Clear communication, sound documentation habits, and comfort working with people across the business.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- NO relocation, local candidates only.
Experience with GraphQL, ERP platforms such as Sage X3, Git, Visual Studio, reporting tools, behavior-driven testing, or manufacturing and supply-chain systems.
