This first-line leadership position will manage a portfolio of manufacturing applications and technologies. With a portion of the Enterprise Strategy focused on Modern Manufacturing and Technology Leadership, the role will be instrumental to the future success of facilities worldwide. What You Will Do:
Direct experience with manufacturing, quality, execution, and supporting systems, such as NX CAD/CAM, Teamcenter/VPP, CAPP+, MESA/MESM, in one or more facilities is required. Familiarity with Caterpillar IT processes and procedures is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be motivated by customer success, committed to value-based outcomes, adept at managing numerous projects simultaneously, handle high-stress situations gracefully, and heavily biased toward action and velocity.

$147,760.00 - $221,640.00
