TradingBlock is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and drive the development and maintenance of our infrastructure and platform reliability systems. If you thrive on building robust, scalable infrastructure and enjoy solving technical challenges, we want to hear from you. You will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our trading platform.
What You Will Do, Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain infrastructure (Active Directory, Servers, VMs, automation and monitoring) critical to trading and brokerage operations
- Ensure platform reliability and scalability
- Operate and maintain observability and monitoring infrastructure (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Airflow, etc.)
- Maintain compliance with security policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality solutions
- Work directly with developers to solve infrastructure challenges
What You Will Bring, Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of professional experience in Windows infrastructure, ideally a mix of desktop and server systems.
- Knowledge of Active Directory design and operations.
- Server deployment and maintenance experience.
- Systems monitoring and security compliance.
- Experience ensuring platform reliability and scalability
- Ability to learn quickly, communicate well, and work effectively in a team environment
Experience with the following is a plus:
- Linux configuration and support
- Experience with monitoring tools.
- Troubleshooting operation of desktop and server networks.
- Python scripting
- Trade/Execution Engines and Market Data Feed Handlers
- Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or similar)
