We are seeking a talented and passionate Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that drive business value.

What you will do:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using best practices and modern technologies.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to coding standards and guidelines.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.
  • Troubleshoot and debug software issues, providing timely resolutions to ensure smooth operation.
  • Continuously improve software performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our software solutions remain competitive.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful software projects.
  • Experience in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with software development frameworks and tools (e.g., Spring, Django, React, Angular).
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $71,700.00 - $107,500.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
