Job Description
UOB Innovation Group is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented trainee under the Graduate Industry Traineeships (GRIT) Programme to support strategic innovation initiatives. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge innovation projects and cross-functional collaboration across business units. Ideal candidates should be passionate about driving innovation, possess strong communication skills, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, willingness to learn and be capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and document activities across innovation projects, ensuring timely updates and accurate records.
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting of key metrics to track project progress and outcomes.
- Maintain and enhance internal dashboards and trackers aligned with project workstreams and milestones.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate smooth execution of collaboration initiatives and cross-functional engagements.
- Develop presentation decks and meeting materials for management reviews and team discussions.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for innovation workshops, training sessions and related events.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate with a degree in Business, Finance, Communications, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with hands-on experience in analytical platforms such as Power BI and Qlik Sense, and generative AI tools like Copilot to enhance productivity and data-driven decision-making.
- Meticulous and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
