Position Overview
Cyclotron is seeking Innovation Strategists to deliver client-facing innovation projects focused on AI strategy, process improvement, and change enablement. Strategists design and facilitate workshops, develop governance frameworks, and translate business objectives into actionable plans, ensuring solutions are practical and scalable. 
Responsibilities 

  • Execute innovation and AI strategy projects for clients.
  • Design and deliver workshops for strategy assessment and roadmap development.  
  • Develop governance models and risk mitigation strategies.  
  • Collaborate with business leaders to translate objectives into execution plans.  
  • Prepare client deliverables including strategy decks and operational playbooks..  
  • Support account planning and pre-sales efforts  
  • Contribute to internal knowledge base and best practices. 
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in innovation, strategy consulting, or digital transformation.  
  • Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders.  
  • Experience with AI tools and enterprise AI enablement preferred.  
  • Strong understanding of business process design and governance.
  • Clear communication skills - both written and verbal, including the ability to collaborate.  
  • Strong analytical skills - ability to synthesize complex concepts and develop actionable plans.  
  • Ability to clearly develop and articulate messages to a variety of audiences. 
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics. 
  • Experience with large-scale organizational technology efforts.
  • Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new business processes and applications and work independently. 
  • Ability to manage and execute activities with the flexibility to adjust plans quickly, as needed.  
  • Sanitized examples of deliverables will be required.
Additional Knowledge & Skills
  • Consulting experience preferred. 
  • Strategic storytelling and executive presence.
