  • Partner with Client Experience to identify opportunities to increase client value realization, track key performance metrics, and communicate program outcomes.
  • Establish and lead the operating cadence for the inpatient platform, driving accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution to ensure successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Identify risks, manage priorities, and drive alignment across stakeholders to ensure successful client outcomes.
What you'll need:
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, product management or operations, implementation leadership, consulting, or delivery management within healthcare, software, or technology-enabled services.
  • Experience working with health plans, health systems, or other healthcare organizations.
  • Demonstrated success owning the performance and delivery of complex solutions or programs from strategy through execution.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives involving business, clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong client-facing experience, including executive communication, stakeholder management, and managing priorities, timelines, and tradeoffs.
  • Strong technical and operational aptitude, including an understanding of operational workflows, system integrations, data flows, and configuration-driven platforms.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
  • A bias toward action with the ability to build scalable processes and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
