The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a critical role in supporting our sales engine. This position blends customer engagement, operational precision, and cross‑functional coordination. You’ll help ensure smooth client renewals, support excellent initiatives, validate inbound marketing leads, and route qualified opportunities to our Strategic Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track upcoming client renewals, ensuring timely outreach and follow‑up.
- Prepare renewal quotes, cost‑change documentation, and supporting materials.
- Partner with internal teams (pricing, finance, operations) to validate cost changes and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain renewal data in CRM, and ensure all client records are up to date
- Renewal Risk and Churn Forecasting
- Handle routing and follow through of client escalation
- Support Client Experience Manager with renewal forecasting and pipeline visibility.
- Review and vet inbound marketing leads to determine fit, readiness, and potential opportunity.
- Conduct initial outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to qualify interest and gather key information.
- Apply lead‑scoring criteria to ensure only high‑quality leads move forward.
- Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality trends and campaign performance.
- Serve as the first point of contact for general sales inquiries and requests.
- Assess incoming requests and route them to the appropriate Strategic Account Executive or internal team.
- Ensure smooth handoff by documenting context, customer needs, and urgency.
- Track and report on request volume, response times, and routing accuracy.
