Iron Mountain is seeking an inspiring Inbound Inside Sales Manager to join our Inside Sales team.


In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build and mentor a high-performing sales team as part of an exciting high-growth expansion at our new Tampa, Florida location. Here, your sales leadership and coaching expertise will shape a dynamic sales culture, helping sellers master modern digital tactics, accelerate lead conversion, and drive revenue growth across new and existing accounts. You will play a central role in guiding individual talent while aligning cross-functional strategies to elevate our sales pipeline.


What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Drive Team Performance & Accountability: Lead and manage the Inside Sales team to consistently achieve revenue targets across new customer acquisition and account expansion, utilizing CRM metrics and KPIs to maintain accurate forecasting.
  • Coach & Develop Sales Talent: Mentor sellers in digital engagement, social selling, and solution-selling tactics to foster professional growth and increase overall deal velocity.
  • Align Cross-Functional Strategy: Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Marketing, Business Operations, and Sales Support teams to refine lead generation strategies and streamline sales workflows.
  • Maintain Operational Standards: Ensure team adherence to organizational policies, compliance standards, and sales process best practices in a fast-paced sales environment.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of direct B2B sales management experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of modern selling techniques, digital engagement, and social selling strategies to build pipeline and close opportunities.
  • Proven ability in sales leadership, performance coaching, KPI management, and talent development.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build cross-functional partnerships.
