As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing our inside sales team, driving revenue growth, optimizing sales processes, and enhancing customer relationships within our Electronics and Semiconductor business units. This role, based at our corporate headquarters in Chicago, requires a strong background in sales management, team leadership, and customer engagement, with a focus on achieving measurable business results.
About the Job:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Work closely with field sales, marketing, and product management to align strategies and support business objectives.

Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track sales activity, manage pipelines, and generate reports.

Recruit, train, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.

Establish clear performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.

Foster a customer-centric, results-oriented culture within the inside sales team.

Oversee and guide the pricing team in generating accurate and timely quotes, ensuring alignment with pricing strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.

Ensure timely and effective customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues proactively.

Implement customer engagement initiatives to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

Streamline sales processes to improve team efficiency and enhance the customer experience.

Implement best practices for lead generation, opportunity management, and order fulfillment.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination between sales, operations, and supply chain.
About You:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in inside sales, sales management, or a similar role.

Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce.

Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience working with Electronics and Semiconductor business units is a plus.

Salary Range:
$99,700 - $139,480
The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
