Description

As an Inside Sales Rep, you will play a vital role in driving new business, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing to the success of our company. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will partner closely with our field sales team to build our business and acquire new customers. You'll identify opportunities for the sales team and support our efforts to grow market share. The position is being added due to our rapid growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with our field sales team to explore market opportunities and approach new customers
  • Generate and follow-up on leads from all sources, including company events, customer inquiries, our website, webinars, and our field sales team
  • Transition potential new customers to the field sales team
  • Work with existing customers to grow their business with us
  • Collaborate with cross functional Teams in the company
  • Help support reporting and analytics
  • Recommend strategies to increase sales and market share
  • Manage and Track leads with our Salesforce Platform

Required Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s degree required
  •  1+ years of sales experience
  •  Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry experience selling a medical device, capital equipment, dental, or orthodontic B2B experience
  • Orthodontic sales is a major advantage
  • Comfortable with having clinical conversations with orthodontists
