We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Insurance Insurance Sales Agent to join our Collins Insurance team. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting Property & Casualty insurance products and services. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to identify client needs and provide effective insurance solutions.

Essential Responsibilities

Prospect, develop, and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Property & Casualty insurance products and solutions.

Generate leads, follow up on sales opportunities, and maintain an active sales pipeline.

Conduct client consultations, prepare proposals, and deliver professional presentations.

Overcome objections and guide clients through the decision-making process to successfully close sales.

Meet or exceed established sales, production, and service goals.

Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring a positive client experience.

Collaborate with team members to support agency growth and client retention initiatives.

Maintain accurate records and activities within agency management and CRM systems.

Stay current on industry trends, products, regulations, and market conditions.

Qualifications

Required

Property & Casualty Insurance License or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business technology applications.

Preferred

Previous sales, business development, account management, customer service, or client relationship experience.

Experience generating leads, prospecting, and managing sales opportunities.

Experience meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Knowledge of insurance products and services.
