The Opportunity
Are you a self-motivated integration engineer that wants to make money selling an innovative technology, while also solving crime? If you thrive in a competitive, fast-paced, and mission-driven environment, this is a game-changing opportunity for you. Flock is looking to add an Integrations Manager. This person will be play a key role in establishing integrations to customers existing products to integrate with the FlockOS platform. Your primary customer base is composed of Law Enforcement agencies. This position is based out of your home office with up to 50% travel required. East Coast candidates preferred.
Challenges You’ll Tackle
Help establish the software integrations practice in an extreme growth sales environment.
Establish headcount driver for software integrations team and grow team accordingly.
Maintain player/coach relationships with future integrations specialists.
Become a product expert; develop in depth knowledge of Flock’s products.
Maintain proficiency with solutions as they evolve and compare to the competitive landscape.
Own responsibility for integrating and supporting 3rd party systems into Flock’s software stack to include but not limited to:
I.P. Cameras
VMS Systems
CAD Systems
AVL Systems
SSO Providers
Custom Integrations
Articulate business value of solution capabilities to command level staff as well as technical audiences.
Work closely with the Solution Engineering and Product Management team to ensure effective handoff between pre and post sales process.
The Skillset
2-5 years of I.T. experience with an emphasis on SaaS solutions or Law Enforcement personas.
Must have: Hands on On-Premise, Cloud, and Cloud to On-Premise networking experience required. Including knowledge of firewalls, port forwarding, routing, etc.
Self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and produce results in a defined territory.
Experience working cross-functionally acting as a liaison between sales and other internal departments.
Comfortable becoming familiar with software and various hardware devices, in order to become the subject matter expert for the sales team.
Strong presentation and demonstration skills, both in person and virtually.
Energized by solving customer's problems- e.g. consultative sales approach.
Enjoy working in a fast paced, data-driven sales environment.
Strong understanding of typical business network configuration and troubleshooting.
Understanding of RTSP protocol and IP video in general is a must.
Startup experience is a plus.

The First 30 Days
Onboarding & Setup:
Complete company onboarding and join initial team meetings to get acquainted with the company’s culture and structure.
Meet Key People:
Meet with managers and team leads to understand team roles and responsibilities.
Learn Tools & Processes:
Get hands-on training with essential tools and learn about internal processes, documentation, and project management methodologies.
Understand Team Functions:
Shadow team members to learn their day-to-day work, workflows, and how they collaborate.
Product & Integration Knowledge:
Begin learning Flock’s product suite, integration processes, and technical protocols. Attend customer calls to observe real-world scenarios.
Shadow team members and receive training on integration testing, configuration, and validation.
The First 60 Days
Integrate, Deploy and Troubleshoot Streams:
Gain hands-on experience with building and deploying streaming solutions, including diagnosing and resolving stream issues.
Work on integrating customer video and data streams into the FlockOS platform, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance.
Support Network Configurations and Integrations:
Assist customers with configuring their networks, including troubleshooting and optimizing for best results.
Learn to support and integrate third-party devices into customer environments.
Customer Interaction:
Participate in live customer calls, providing walk-throughs and technical support, and begin assisting in leading calls with Integration Manager (IM) shadowing.
90 Days & Beyond
Master Product Integrations:
Demonstrate strong proficiency in FlockOS product integrations and related technologies.
Project Ownership:
Confidently manage FlockOS integration projects from initiation to completion with minimal supervision.
Customer Integration:
Independently integrate higher-tier FlockOS customers, ensuring successful deployments.
Salary & Equity
In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary from $100,000 - $130,000 as well as Flock Safety Stock Options. Flock does not offer bonuses.
