Intern – Human Resources

(Based at MAS Slimline, Pannala)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including screening CVs and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers regarding interview arrangements.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and orientation activities for new employees.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate employee training and development activities.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Handle filing and documentation while ensuring confidentiality of employee information.
  • Assist in preparing letters, presentations, and other HR correspondence.
  • Perform any other HR-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Knowledge in MS Office package

  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.

  • Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
