Overview

The IT / Cloud Network Specialist Intern role is designed for individuals who have completed IT, networking, cybersecurity, or cloud computing coursework and are seeking real-world, hands-on experience within a fast-paced operations and contact center environment.

This is a practical internship where you’ll support system access, user setups, cloud environments, troubleshooting, and IT documentation that directly impacts our team and clients. Ideal for recent graduates, technical bootcamp completers, or career changers in IT.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in onboarding new team members by setting up system logins, permissions, and access.

  • Support VPN, virtual desktops, and cloud network configurations under supervision.

  • Help troubleshoot user issues related to connectivity, software, or device setup.

  • Monitor IT tickets and assist in resolving Tier 1 support requests.

  • Update and maintain IT documentation (network diagrams, SOPs, troubleshooting guides).

  • Assist with system audits, account reviews, and security checklists.

  • Shadow IT leadership to learn cloud platforms, remote infrastructure, and operational tools.



Requirements

Qualifications 

This internship is ideal for individuals who have completed:

  • IT-related college courses

  • A+ Prep or Certification Training

  • Network+ or Security+ Prep

  • Google IT Support / Google Cloud courses

  • AWS Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals coursework

  • Cisco Networking (CCNA coursework or bootcamp)

  • Cybersecurity training programs

No professional experience is required, but you must have foundational understanding from education or training.

Interns commit to 5–20 hours per week, with a structured and focused learning path that gives real experience in a short window.
