Job Summary

As we grow and scale, we are seeking an Intern for our Learning and Development Department to build foundational knowledge and programs for our sales teams.

This internship is focused on sales enablement, internal communications and training. The ideal candidate has an interest in learning and communications and wants to gain experience designing and deploying content for a sales or retail organization.


Duties/ Responsibilities: 

  • Support the design and execution of recruiting processes to improve candidate experience and hiring efficiency
  • Design and deploy training programs and skills assessment to enable customer-facing teams
  • Create systems training to build efficient practices for the sales teams
  • Operationalize a knowledge base for sales teams to find information they need in real time
  • Assist sales operations teams with collection and distribution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process guides

Education & Experience:

  • Understanding of training principles and adult education theory
  • Experience using training content development programs, Learning Management Systems and Customer Relationship Management Systems
  • Interest in sales enablement, customer engagement, and retail 

Compensation:

This is a paid internship with an hourly rate of $25, with interns working up to 40 hours per week.

The program runs for 8 weeks and will be offered in two cohorts. Candidates may participate in the cohort that best aligns with their summer schedule.

Cohort 1: June 15, 2026 through August 7, 2026
Cohort 2: July 6, 2026 through August 28, 2026
