Summer Intern – Test Automation Tools

The Test Automation Intern will support the development and improvement of internal automation tools used to validate hardware and software products across our product lines. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll write real code, work with real test systems, and contribute to tools actively used by the engineering team.

• Develop and maintain automation scripts for test execution and data collection

• Support integration of test tools with internal systems (Jira, Confluence, or test databases)

• Assist in building or improving tooling for test reporting and traceability

• Document code, processes, and tool usage for team reference

• Participate in team standups, sprint reviews, and design discussions

• Real-world experience building tools used in production engineering workflows

• Mentorship from senior engineers and engineering managers

• Exposure to hardware/software testing across IoT and connected home products

• A portfolio contribution: code you write will be used beyond the internship

The hourly rate for this position is $21- $25; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
